CardLogix’ family of Health Data Cards is designed to provide portable, low-cost storage of vital information that is frequently used by Healthcare providers, insurers and administrators, as well as patients. The inclusion of smart cards in a Health Informatics System increases data accuracy, security and convenience by supporting on-the-spot critical decisions cost- effectively. In a typical application the smart card serves as an extension of a highly distributed, mirrored database and works with a PC-based reader/writer to automatically update records.

The second card is 1 Megabit capacity, Part Number CLXSA001MJ6 and is available in sample quantities in Q2. This card sells for $19.00 at the 1,000 piece quantity.
