The 154 Smart Card/Mag-Card reader/writer is
ideal for any desktop or counter top applications involving of Point of
Sale applications. A small footprint and patented bottom exit allows the
ejection of most foreign objects. This feature combined with our vandal
resistant design makes this the reader of choice for many applications. A
metal base permits different mounting angles and orientations. This device
is ISO 7816-3 and EMV-compatible (Europay, MasterCard and Visa), and
reads/writes microprocessor cards using either T=0 or T=1 protocol, and a
wide variety of memory cards. It is fully supported by the Cardplex
and Winplex
middleware which provides for rapid system deployment in many
development languages including Visual Basic, C++, Java and Delphi. Ships with
