Chip-Mag Stripe Encoding/Personalization

Initialization Formats the card to accept data, this can include
information such as the manufacturers ID and date code.

Data Loading We can load most types of data, such as identification records, health histories, etc.

Key Loading For security applications we will program the card with either customer supplied or CardLogix encrypted keys.

Value Loading Any form of value, including tokens. (Proof of Authorized Issuance may be required)

Magnetic Tape Can be encoded to various industry specifications. Our magnetic-stripe cards can be encoded to the specifications set by leading manufacturers of automated banking equipment for tracks 1,2,3 and 5

Card Physicals

Styles Standard plastic card stock size is CR-80 (2 1/8" x 3 3/8" x .30") and (1 x 3/4) for SAM/SIM sizes. All PVC.

Barcode Printing We support the following bar code formats: 2/5, 3/9, 128-A,B,C,telepen, EAN 8,UPC-A,E, EAN 128, MSI, ITF

Card Punching/Die Cutting Key tags, GSM punching, tether or badge holes.

UltraGraphix™ Printing A logo and/or user name and address on a pre-printed card can be added with up to 300 DPI resolution. The following single colors per pass can be applied: black, white, teal, burgundy, purple, gold, royal blue, process blue, silver, green, warm red, dark red.

Color Photo ID Printing For mandatory Photo ID applications, such as DMV. A minimum run of 1000 cards is required, Set-up charges are waived on orders of 25,000 or more.

Motion Graphics Printing 3D or Motion can be printed with a Lenticular Optical design. minimum order 25,000 cards

Magnetic-Stripes and Encoding Offered in either High or Low Coercivity, ABATrack 1 and 2, or 1,2 and 3 tape.

Cryptography CardLogix provides simple and effective file-level security with a Double-Blind Key Escrow methodology that protects sensitive, everyday data.

Holograms and Overlays Offered in either metallic foil or polyester overlays to increase security. Special tooling charges apply.

Signature Panels Some applications require additional, external methods to verify personal identification. A writeable panel accommodates a user signature and can also be used for entering hand written authorization codes or other dynamic user data.

Scratch-Off Panels To protect preloaded PINs and or other customer specific data; a Scratcher panel can be applied to UltraGraphix™ printing up to 10 digits.

Laser Engraving/Indenting Both laser engraving and indenting can be applied to a design with a 10,000 piece minimum per set-up.

Tipping And Embossing Card embossing is provided in two point sizes and one font. Tipping is offered in silver or gold and is applied to the embossed characters to make them more readable.
