Frequently Asked Ordering Questions- Tips before you call or order

  1. The minimum order is $50 excluding shipping and handling. 

  2. MasterCard, Discover, VISA and American Express accepted. 

  3. We accept US, Canadian, and American Express Money Orders payable in USA funds. 

  4. We will accept international bank transfers also. A fee of $40.00 is charged on all transfers.

  7. All shipments have a minimum shipping and handling charge of $5.00 added. All shipping charges greater than the $5 are shipped at actual cost. This applies to domestic USA lower 48 states only and all products are shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Allow 5 to 7 days (longer for East Coast) for UPS shipping time. 

  8. We can ship by other methods including Next Day Air if desired. We will pre-pay the freight and charge the amount to you. 

  9. All Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, PR, VI, and Marianas shipments have a minimum shipping and handling charge of USD $15.00 added and are shipped Priority Mail. Larger shipments (greater than 50lbs) will be charged an additional $10 for shipping and handling. 

  10. All other international shipments have a minimum shipping and handling charge of USD $20.00 added and are shipped via DHL. Larger international shipments (greater than 50lbs) will be charged additional $10 for handling. 

  11. We do not accept COD orders. International shipments will have freight charges quoted. Please indicate desired shipping time so we can get you proper freight quotes. We most commonly ship by DHL, but can use common courier services such as UPS and Fed-Ex. 

  12. We cannot ship to countries, which are embargoed by the United States.
