eSignature

An eSignature, or electronic signature, is a term for any document that is executed and signed electronically, without the use of paper. In common practice, such documents are often signed in a method directly analogous to a paper document: by applying the signer’s name, either typed or hand-drawn using a mouse, touch screen or signature pad.
