HONG KONG, 26 Mar, 2020 – Advanced Card Systems Ltd. (ACS), Asia Pacific’s top supplier and one of the world’s top 3 suppliers of PC-linked smart card readers (Source: Frost & Sullivan), launches the CryptoMate EVO and EVO PKI Kit.
The CryptoMate EVO is a USB Cryptographic Token that contains the ACOS5-EVO card module. The CryptoMate EVO, the latest addition to the CryptoMate Series, a series of cryptographic PKI tokens, is especially designed for PKI applications. With the support for asymmetric cryptographic algorithms, ECC and RSA, the CryptoMate EVO is suitable for public-key cryptographic operations used for current PKI applications such as digital signature applications and secured network log-on but also for emerging technologies such as blockchain applications.
In line with this, ACS also offers the EVO PKI Kit. The kit is a complete software solution that fully maximizes the capabilities of the ACOS5-EVO and CryptoMate EVO. This PKI solution offers RSA and ECC key generation which is used for digital signature applications. The EVO PKI Kit provides the PKCS11 and Microsoft CAPI/CNG middleware support that enables the ACOS5-EVO and CryptoMate EVO to be used with various third party applications such as online certificate request, online log-in, email encryption and decryption, document signing and Windows log-in.
