Irvine, CA, March 27, 2000 – CardLogix, a leading manufacturer of smart cards and software, today announced the appointment of Thomas W. Seykora to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In this position, Mr. Seykora manages all aspects of financial operations for the company, including investor relations. He reports to Emil Nastri, President and CEO.
“Tom has direct, relevant experience to our business, since his work as CFO at Litronic Inc. is within the same smart card and data security field”, said Mr. Nastri. “He also has demonstrated an agile style of management that thrives in rapid growth environments, such as ours”.
At Litronic, Mr. Seykora successfully managed the company’s IPO and an acquisition, while directing all financial management during explosive growth and solutions development. Mr. Seykora’s previous experience includes management with KPMG LLP and management consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Seykora also served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
