The ST4SIM is built on the ST33 platform and runs Java Card v3.0.4 classic and integrates the most advanced UICC features compliant with GlobalPlatform, ETSI, 3GPP, 3GPP2 specifications.

Built on the latest ARM® SecurCore® 32-bit RISC processor and a high-performance architecture, the ST33 platform offers a large memory capacity, multiple communication interfaces and certified cryptographic libraries. It is available in different form factors, including wafer, micromodule, DFN and WLCSP packages.
