Sig-Tec Corporation, a provider of logical access desktop and laptop solutions, has incorporated full support for the OMNIKEY CardMan 5121 contactless smart card readers into its’ suite of logical access products. The OMNIKEY 5121 is based on a 13.56 MHz contactless Smart Card RFID interface that is compliant with ISO specifications 14443 A and B and 15693. The reader works with a variety of 13.56 MHz contactless Smart Cards, including iCLASS by HID. Organisations with existing contactless Smart Card infrastructures can now implement Sig-Tec’s secure desktop log-on solutions without having to re-badge their existing cardholders.
