Information Collected by CardLogix

When purchasing products or services, CardLogix may require you to provide additional financial and billing information (such as billing contact, billing address, and a credit card information). Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide services, you ask us to delete it, or your account is deleted by us, whichever comes first. For example, where you withdraw your consent to CardLogix processing your personal information, CardLogix will delete all personal information you uploaded. We may retain information from deleted accounts if necessary, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, assist with investigations, enforce terms and conditions, or take other actions permitted by law. Personal information that is no longer relevant or necessary to provide services may disassociated with your identity and aggregated with other anonymous data to provide insights which are commercially valuable to CardLogix, such as statistics of the use of our products and services.

How We Use Your Information

CardLogix uses your personal data when fulfilling orders that you have placed, when entering into a contract with you, or when carrying out a contract for you. CardLogix uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous data as you navigate through our websites analyze trends and gather demographic information about our user base. Data collected is used to improve the quality of our websites, products, services, marketing, and deliver the best customer experience possible.

Your browsing activities on our websites will remain anonymous unless you choose to sign up and log in as a registered user on our websites.

Change of Purpose

CardLogix may also share data about CardLogix visitors, customers, and attendees with a service provider to deliver content to their email. Affiliates

CardLogix may share data about our customers with other affiliated companies to jointly deliver a product or service. For example, we may need to share customer data with a partner company to provide customer support, marketing, technical operations, or account management.

Business Partners

CardLogix may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. CardLogix does not share data about CardLogix event attendees unless: (1) you specifically opt in to such sharing (e.g. an event registration form) or (2) you attend an event and allow CardLogix or any of CardLogix business partners to scan your attendee badge. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may choose not to opt in via event registration forms and elect not to have your badge scanned at the event. If you choose to share your information with business partners in the manners described above, your information will be subject to the business partners’ respective privacy practices.

Third Parties

CardLogix does not share, sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties for their own promotional purposes. We only permit them to process your personal data for purposes that we specify and in accordance with our instructions. We will request your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any company outside the CardLogix group of companies for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any advertisement companies. Third parties with which we share your information are bound by all relevant data privacy laws, terms of confidentiality, and this Privacy Policy.

Billing

Your information may be used to process or collect moneys owed to us for goods or services. CardLogix uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

Compelled Disclosure

CardLogix reserves the right to use or disclose information if required by law or if the company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the company’s rights or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

International Transfer of Information Collected

CardLogix’ stores its data on servers in the United States. If in the event that CardLogix needs to use a service provider or business partner established outside the European Union, CardLogix will require that the provider/partner to have a Privacy Policy in compliance with or equivalent to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Accessing Your Information
