Thanks to an innovative design, IDX offers a very compact footprint, without compromising the key features and function for a product in this segment: quality of engraving by new generation lasers, magstripe & contact/contactless encoding, CLI marking, 5” color status display, secured dual feeder and a concealed output bay.

The size and weight of IDX allow an easier deployment, requiring a small space and a single engineer to install, and also an easier support, where swap is an effective alternative to on site calls.

IDX embeds in the most compact system in the market all Flagship and performance in the personalization process, characteristics of IXLA branded products, form the outstanding quality to the renowned reliability and extended life in operations.

On average the output is 60 cards per hr (depending on the card printing requirements)

All IXLA systems allow front and rear engraving of photos, data, barcodes and graphic elements in non-tactile, embossed or indented modes. Mictotext, CLI and ghost image are also available Laser type options: DPSS, Fiber Laser.

The laser module can have these options added:

3. In line Magnetic Stripe reader can read/write 3 Track Magstripe per ISO 7810, 7811. TRK, Hi-Co/Lo-Co, ISO compliant
4. The integrated vision tools allow pre-personalization product inspection, quality control, barcode reading, offset registration
   of laser engraving data, OCR/OCV verifcation of personalized data.
